The ITIL 4 Foundation course is accredited by Peoplecert and introduces delegates to the management of modern IT-enabled services. Learn the language of IT service management and key concepts that will allow you to improve your work and the work of your organization using the ITIL 4 guidance. Delegates will gain an understanding of the ITIL 4 service management framework and how it has evolved to adopt modern technologies and ways of working.

All ITIL courses have to be purchased with the examination and eBook. They cannot be purchased as seperate products under Peoplecert regulations.

No additional resources are required – everything that you need to understand the concepts and principles is included.
